Game night

Last night was great for soccer! The fields are next to a hospital, along the train tracks.

There's always something to look at (as if soccer isn't enough, haha).

Trevor's first-ever soccer game was a kick. (Sorry.) They won 2-0, definitely memorable.

Trev's #23

It turned dark quickly, and you can see the full moon behind the lights.

Holly's pics didn't turn out well, between the (lack of) light and distance. They lost 0-1--but they kept the ball on the other team's side for well over half the game, and they were down three boys from their team--so a great showing overall.

Holly's second from the left. Look at that pink sky!

A bye next week, but the kids are looking forward to playing again SOON.

We've been fortunate up to now that none of our kids have played outdoor sports (LOL)! We sat in the rain for 2 hours yesterday during our first football game (LOL)! Good thing Nathan's soccer is indoors. But, if he continues to like it, he'll be of an age for it to become an outdoor sport before too long...

Beautiful sky! And I love that mountain in the background of the soccer field. You sure do live in a beautiful area.
